Cancelation, Electronic Fee and Refund Policy

We will provide a full refund in the event of inclement weather, mechanical breakdown or scheduling conflict that may arise before the charter leaves the dock. We will provide a partial refund minus charter deposit for cancelations made 72 hours or less before charter date. Cancelations made 72 hours or more before a scheduled charter may rebook a different date and apply deposit to new charter date or request refund. Charter or tournament refunds  are determined by the captain and may take up to 10 business days to process. Full payment is expected before leaving dock or charter will be canceled with no deposit refunded.  There will be up to 5% credit/debit fee for online deposits and up to 5.0% credit/debit fee for charter payments made electronically or online. Electronic or online fees are non refundable. Fees, refunds, and waiver policy for fishing tournaments will be determined on a individual basis.
